The Colorado Housing and Finance Authority (CHFA) is hosting “Part III: Financing Your Home” in its series of events, Building Legacy: a Black Homeownership Series. The event series explores barriers and how to overcome such challenges, as well as the tools and financial resources available to become a homeowner and create generational wealth.

Participants will learn about mortgage products, down payment assistance programs, and how to identify predatory lending. It’s part of CHFA’s commitment to increasing Black and African American homeownership in Colorado.  The event is FREE to attend, and your whole family is invited. Food and refreshments will be provided.
