STEAM! 2025 OVERVIEW

STEAM! is an interactive, online program on Zoom for middle school students.
Grades 5-6 | M & W – 10-11:15AM MDT
Grades 7-8 | T & R – 10-11:15AM MDT
The classes will be conducted online using Zoom, so students must have access to a laptop or desktop with a camera and internet access to participate. There is no cost for the program. A total of 24 students (twelve 5th & 6th graders and twelve 7th & 8th graders) are accepted into the program on a first-come, first served basis.
In STEAM! The classes are led by Lynn Jackson, Manzer Montgomery, and high school and college tutors. Our tutors team up with students and help them along the way in completing each project or exercise. Students receive completion certificates and free STEAM! caps as part of the program.

Explore Microsoft Paint 3D
In STEAM!, you’ll create your own 3D scenes in Microsoft Paint 3D. Create a 3D diorama, add characters, and more. Then transition between scenes to make your own short cartoon.
